Occasionally, (especially when connecting your laptop to a new smart board) you may encounter your resolution not filling the entire smart board, or the image may be larger or smaller then you expected. Follow this guide to learn how to adjust the resolution on your Smart Board or Other Displays.



Close or minimize any windows that you have open.
Right click anywhere that is blank on your screen, Click on "Display Settings"
Your laptop should be Display 1, and your Smart Board should be Display 2. Press Identify to verify this.
Scroll down to Display resolution, click on the drop down.
Most of our Smart Boards work best at 1024x768 try that option. If it looks best for your displays, use this option. If the display does not look correct, try other resolutions and see what looks best.
While switching between resolutions, you may have a prompt asking if you would like to keep the changes, click on Keep changes when you are satisfied with your display.
