Staff who are wanting to use their school email and are either unable to use the Gmail app or would prefer to use the Outlook app may follow this guide:
| Open the Google Play Store and search for "Outlook", Install the app. | |
| Press "Get Started" | |
| Enter your full school email address username@nls.k12.mn.us press continue. |

| Enter your school password and press "Sign In". NOTE: If you have multi-factor authentication setup on your account you will receive a verification code at this time |

| Press "Skip" to skip adding another account at this time (you can always add another account later) . | |
| Follow the prompts to learn about Outlook for Android, or press "Skip" to begin using Outlook. | |
| Your inbox will begin populating and you can read, and compose email. |
